Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Workday Consultant to partner with our team during the Workday implementation testing phase.
Responsibilities:Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the End to End testing processWork closely with the Abercrombie & Kent team and Workday consultants on HCM, US Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking & Benefits modules
Qualifications:Extensive experience consulting on multiple HCM Workday implementationsDetailed knowledge of HCM Business Process design and maintenanceFirst-hand experience with Workday US PayrollExtensive experience in testing Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules including issue triage and resolutionGood knowledge of integration design and impact on testingCertification in Workday HCM is a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficientlyExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
