Job Brief

We are searching for an innovative sales associate with a great analytical mind to join our team. To be successful as a sales associate, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills

Your day-to-day work will consist of managing all aspects of the sales process, including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, closing, and account care, and will play an integral role in the success of FAME. You'll manage the entire sales funnel from the first call to close. As someone who works directly with our current and prospective customers, you'll be in the right position to gain insights into our sales machine's needs. As a confident communicator, you'll be responsible for conveying to customers. You'll ensure an incredible customer experience through the handoff process and help our team develop and scale best practices with these processes.

Please note that the position as sales associate at FAME is provision based.

Responsibilities:

Creating new opportunities and acquiring new customers focusing on driving toward individual sales targets

Consistently identify new sales opportunities and maintain associated activity necessary to generate new sales

Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations by online demo.

Prepare accurate sales quotes, and develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients professionally and confidently.

Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on FAME´s CRM system (HubSpot). Ensure all documentation is complete

Focus on prospecting new customers to achieve a high volume at the top of the sales funnel. Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through a billed customer

Requirements:

5+ years of SaaS sales experience

Experience selling web-based products/services.

Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.

Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas in past positions.

Proficient skill in CRM systems such as Monday

Have a passion for Sales with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement.

Have proven experience in an outbound sales atmosphere, comfortable prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.

Maintain a high velocity regarding sales activity consistently.

Possess a self-starter approach and a high level of drive to achieve business goals and individual targets.

Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
