About Us
Evergreen Theragnostics, Inc. is a radiopharmaceutical company based in Springfield, NJ. We operate in a brand new state-of-the-art facility, providing contract development and manufacturing services for radiopharmaceutical companies, including therapeutics and centrally distributed diagnostics. The company expects rapid growth in the next few years.
Evergreen is a small team, where all team members support each other in a variety of activities. We are looking for team members who are motivated to take on new challenges and excited to help build the company. Partial equity-based compensation packages possible.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
Manage manufacturing and CMC development projects from kickoff through tech transfer and process optimization, until handoff to manufacturing team.
Develop and execute project plans and budgets, under supervision of VP, CDMO Project Management.
Lead the tech transfer and/or development of any Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation relating to these projects.
Maintain standard project management tools including open issue lists and Gantt charts.
Collaborate closely with client teams as well as internal departments (production, quality, finance).
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years experience in the radiopharmaceuticals industry in project management, if not, the equivalent experience in other segments of the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred.
Minimum Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.), but advanced scientific degree preferred.
Self-starter with strong problem solving skills and ability to work under strict timelines.
Practical and/or curriculum-based experience with basic project management techniques and software applications.
Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) and experienced in working with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Technical writing skills.
