Supply Chain Manager

Maintain ethical standards in supply chain activities professionally.
Negotiate with suppliers and logistic providers for on-time delivery, cost reduction, and overall value to the company.
Identify and resolve potential issues, ensure team members understand procurement policies and supply chain procedures.
Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to align with customer requirements.
Provide inventory reports on a weekly/monthly basis for stakeholders.
Implement cost reduction programs, 5S in the work area, and measure their effectiveness.
Manage labor costs, personnel growth, inventory levels, and data accuracy.
Follow safety and quality guidelines.
Promote and participate in programs such as Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and social activities.
Job requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management and lean management
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Firm knowledge of processing environments in the oil and gas industries.
Consistently achieves results, both quantitative and qualitative.
