We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team.
The Accounting Specialist will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
+ Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
+ Prepare and process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations
+ Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
+ Maintain and update financial records and documentation
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
+ Assist with internal and external audits
+ Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes
+ Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoicing and payment issues
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
