In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Leads Scrum team to On Time Delivery. Responsible for facilitating and managing communications to various stakeholders related to Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum team, and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and align with business objectives.

Utilizes expertise in Agile methodology to coach and develop Scrum team through Agile and scrum discipline with a primary objective of accelerating software delivery as well as improving quality.

Lead continuous improvement in Scrum team’s velocity and burndown, and plan future sprint work accordingly with strong focus on driving solutions to achieve IDT’s overall mission and vision.

Resolve impediments and mitigate risks while helping Scrum team to become self-organizing team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or IT related field, or equivalent level of experience required.

5+ years of experience leading Agile transformation as a Scrum Master.

Experience in JIRA and Confluence.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodology including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban as well as software development life cycle.

Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Certified Scrum Master certification, Professional Scrum Master certification, or SAFe certification.

Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning in AWS or GCP.

The salary range for this role is $140,000- $160,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
