YOUR ROLE Imperva is searching for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE to become a part of our Finance team. Under direct supervision the AR Associate is responsible for entering all payments for Imperva and Incapsula on a daily basis. This opportunity will be responsible for keeping accounts up to date for accurate Collections.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for recording AR cash applications, including wire, checks and credit card payments.
Update payment log for checks
Work with Order Entry on credit card transaction for prepay only
Deposit A/R checks and Misc. checks and verify correct GL account to post
Identify unapplied payments contacting customers
Work with Credit and Order Entry on overpayments and short pays
Work on two (2) systems NetSuite and Freshbooks and two (2) banks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of billing, collections and cash posting processes
Strong interpersonal building skills
Must have effective organizational skills and a high attention to detail
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
