About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading and mentoring a distributed engineering team, fostering a culture of supportiveness, and driving technical innovation. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in startup environments, particularly in fintech or B2B, and a strong focus on building and scaling engineering organizations.
