This position is highly cross-functional – working closely with our Marketing, Category Management, IT, Sales teams as well as client stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to manage, prioritize and communicate the status of multiple projects while leading and motivating your own team. You will continuously strive to improve customer-facing interactions and experiences with FleetPride. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Go above and beyond to “Wow” our customers. We aren’t looking for order-takers or script-readers – we’re searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help customer find the right products, set up their accounts, track down orders and sometimes get creative with solutions
Interact with customers daily, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service.
Implement and lead onboarding process for National accounts and large regional accounts
Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth.
EDUCATION & TRAINING Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field optional
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 3+ years proven working experience providing customer service support.
Experience in an eCommerce environment
Experience managing customer expectations and leading strategic discussions with stakeholders
Proficiency in MS suite
SKILLS & ABILITIES Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills and effectively communicating
with management and internal and external customers
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide answers, paths,
troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience.
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
WORK ENVIRONMENT This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines and filing cabinets. The primary environment is characterized by ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment found in a typical office environment.
