As the Technology Vendor Management Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining successful strategic relationships with the firm's technology service providers.
+ You will be responsible for the rationalization of Clients' technology service providers.
+ You will cultivate and maintain vendor relationships for Clients Technology Service Organization
+ You will be responsible for developing metrics to manage vendor performance and productivity.
+ You will partner with technology service teams (on a set interval) to review vendor performance and identify areas of improvement. The focus will be service improvement and ROI.
+ You will work together with other responsible teams including legal, compliance, BMO, and key internal stakeholders.
