The operations product team works with partners in the operations and technology teams to deliver the customer mission by innovating through automation, process improvement, transportation methods, packaging and garment science. The RTR operations team owns the largest cost components of the business: fulfillment labor, transportation and inventory care.

**About the Job:**

As a Senior Product Manager for Delivery & Returns experience, you will manage the vision and roadmap for how Rent the Runways customers receive and return their rentals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact every rental. The delivery and returns experience is core to ensuring our renters happiness. Driving that experience is a set of delivery & returns options that blend seamlessly into our customers daily routine. You will partner with engineering, product design, operations, data science, analytics, business stakeholders, and third party vendors to offer a set of delivery & returns options that are as operationally optimized as they are delightful for our customers. This role spans all the way from our operations and the backend systems that power them, to how a customer chooses and manages their delivery & returns options on our websites & apps. We are constantly innovating on the transportation carriers we partner with, the options we offer, and how a customer engages with them. In the past, we have introduced highly accurate delivery promises so customers can receive their products on time, and innovative return options like Home Pick-Up, Drop-Off Spots and our Swap Stop truck.

**What Youll Do:**

* Develop product strategies for RTRs transportation operations and innovative supply chain

* Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product life cycle to determine how we execute against the vision, what exactly we build and how

* Partner with rockstar engineering teams to in a fast paced, Agile development process

* Build a deep understanding of our customer and internal stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and specifications that deliver tremendous value

* Define the goals that will create step-function improvements in our transportation operations, align stakeholders across the company to those goals, and provide continued visibility into progress against them

* Drive competitive advantage by designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage technology

* Monitor and measure launched products to maintain a tight learning loop that continually informs the product development process

**About You:**

* You have a bachelors and/or masters degree, preferably with a focus in a technical discipline.

* You have 5+ years of product management experience with expertise in e-commerce, user experience, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and/or other related supply chain domains. You have experience working in scrum/agile management methodologies.
