We are seeking a candidate with a background in customer service to join our team in our brand new department! We are looking to add 4-5 new consultants on our team. You will be responsible for helping customers directly by providing product and service information and resolving any issues that may arise.
We campaign for over 50 Fortune 500 clients! Now we are expanding and looking to bring on more contracts. Therefore, we need to expand our firm as well. We want to fill an Entry Level Customer Support Representative for our Sales & Marketing teams! This is a competitive position that start on the ground floor but offer rapid advancement towards a management role. Since we consider ourselves an up-and-coming leader in the area, we are looking for fast-paced, high-energy, competitive-minded professionals to cross-train in all areas
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints by speaking directly with new and existing customers
Provide information about the products and services directly
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Assisting customers with any billing and/or equipment issues
Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
