What you'll do:

As the newest Optometrist, you'll play an essential role in providing comprehensive optometric services to patients. Your responsibilities will go beyond patient care, as you will also take on the additional role of managing a medical staff, proactively seeking new clients, and developing your client base. Working alongside a team of five employees, you'll have access to state-of-the-art technology, including optical coherence tomography, visual fields, autorefractors, topography, fundus cameras, and scleral lenses. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to patient well-being and a passion for providing services with the utmost professionalism and highest standards. By serving as an advocate for exceptional eye care, you will contribute to the continued success and growth of Cypress Family Eyecare while making a positive impact on the lives of your patients. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly.

Actively exploring and developing new income streams to further enhance the practice's financial success is essential. The Optometrist will have the opportunity to go from partnership to ownership within one to three years, solidifying a long-term commitment to Cypress Family Eyecare and its shared vision for excellence. Most importantly, the right candidate will be looking to buy the practice and take over!
