Title: Project Coordinator - Land or Site Development

Responsibilities:
Design of complex water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, paving and drainage systems, including refinement of rough sketches, without conflicts; drainage area map and grading plan and all calculations, per client requirements; creation and use of data shortcuts, alignments, profiles and surface modeling
Train and overseeassigned CAD Technicians
Review of plan design after initial drafting plans are completed, to ensure accuracy of documents, note any discrepancies and necessary changes
Requirements:
Proficiency in Civil-3D
Experience in Design of Land or Site Development projects
