The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate law, including both transactional and litigation matters
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a strong background in both transactional and litigation matters
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transactional documents
Demonstrated experience in representing clients in real estate litigation matters
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Strong client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proficient in legal research and writing
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Strong understanding of current laws and regulations related to real estate law
Responsibilities To retain autonomy and the ability to consider the best interest of each of the firm’s clients when making decisions
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile real estate transactions, and to provide strategic advice to our clients
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and development agreements
Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes related to property rights, zoning, and land use
Conduct due diligence investigations and provide risk assessments on real estate transactions
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the effective and efficient handling of real estate matters
Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to real estate law, and advise clients accordingly
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional client service
Salary $90,000 - $150,000 per year
