We are currently searching for a Client Services Rep to work for a growing company located in New Orleans.
The pay is $17 per hour.
Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, a quick learner, efficient, possess great communication skills, articulate, possess a good attention to detail, flexible, energetic, professional, a good listener, able to think on their own, a problem solver, and driven to succeed.
Duties of the Client Services Rep include but are not limited to:
Providing great customer service via the phone and/or email
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Managing client accounts
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Typing correspondence
Generating quotes
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements of the Client Services Rep include but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science related field
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years' experience in office setting preferred.
Great customer service skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
