Customer Service Representative Job Description/Responsibilities:
Contribute to a positive work environment
Interact with customers daily to review current promotions
New account acquisition

Maintain professional standards in marketing, fundraising & customer service
Interact with customers to promote products & services
Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings
Participate in leadership training
Qualifications
Customer Service Representative Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred
Desire to take on new responsibilities
Self-motivated
Customer service or retail experience
outgoing, personable
comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
