A few details about the role:
Define and implement enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of technology systems across Lifespace.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of critical enterprise systems, including PCC, Sherpa, NetSuite, Workday etc. ensuring their seamless integration with consumer-facing digital technologies.
Expertise in developing consumer facing applications across mobile, web, wearable and other emerging channels.
Lead the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications on PaaS and SaaS platforms for both enterprise and consumer use cases.
Encourage the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to accelerate development cycles and deliver value to both the business and its customers.
Identify and implement RPA opportunities across Lifespace to automate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency in both enterprise and consumer-facing processes.
Explore and implement AI, Gen AI, and ML technologies to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and gain a competitive edge in both the enterprise and consumer markets.
And here’s what you need to apply:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful technology initiatives across both enterprise and consumer domains.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud technologies, software development methodologies, AI/ML applications, and consumer technology trends.
Proven experience in managing complex technology projects and budgets, with a focus on delivering value to both the business and its customers.
