The IT Support Technician I will, with minimal supervision, be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer laptop workstations within WorldatWork's remote organization and Scottsdale office, as well as printers, and technical equipment in the office. This role will be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing technical issues with workstation hardware, software, and other associated peripherals; provides routine maintenance, patching and repair of all workstations. The IT Support Technician functions under general supervision of and works closely with other members of the IT Infrastructure team to remediate problems quickly and effectively within the end-user environment.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Will be expected to work a hybrid schedule with up to 2 days per week in office in North Scottsdale as necessary.
Receive and respond to incoming support requests via email, instant messaging, and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues as well as install configure and ensure reliability of hardware and software.
Research, test, and deploy monthly security patches to workstations as needed.
Monitor security systems to assist the infrastructure team in identifying security issues early.
Maintain and support all technology equipment in WorldatWork facilities.
Liaise with third-party support and equipment vendors as necessary.
Develop, update, and improve How-To's to contribute to WorldatWork's Knowledge base.
Shared responsibility for employee onboarding and offboarding process (account activation and termination, equipment setup and reclamation, etc.).
Manage asset inventory of all IT equipment assigned to employees.
Use of personal vehicle to transport equipment for shipment via FedEx store may be necessary.
*Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods, or otherwise to contribute to the organization when needed.

Requirements
You have: Associate degree or higher; in the absence of degree, 1-3 years of relevant work experience including training and customer service experience.
Relevant certifications and/or college courses, technical courses, or CBTs a plus.
1-3 years of experience providing Windows PC, Mac, and MS Office support.
1-3 years of experience in setting up and deploying new PCs and Macs including hardware and software.
General knowledge of essential networking technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi.
High level knowledge and experience with Windows 10/11 and MacOS Desktop Operating Systems.
Basic experience with Microsoft Active Directory & M365.
Experience supporting printers, copiers, and scanners.
Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively to professionally communicate and interact with a diverse workforce.
At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 4% of base salary. This position is a hybrid role, requiring up to 2 days per week in the office, as necessary.
