conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals, and work with Project Manager to prepare preliminary cost estimates
hand in hand with our workplace strategic team to ensure the human / business objectives are captured fully in the design
the work and progress of project team’s deliverables on multiple projects
and maintain trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholders
clients from macro decision to detailed micro decisions to get sign off of ideas and prepare for implementation
up to date on latest trends and design inspirations by participating in industry events and professional development opportunities
the design intent and provide oversight and detailing guidance for construction documentation and construction of project
to outline the construction methodology of key challenging elements that are critical to the design
with Strategy team, Global colleagues, and local team to deliver design and workspace that establishes and maintains trust to further the relationship of our clients.
and maintain a high level of design quality within the environmental branding team and project team, including mentoring and coaching junior designers to enhance teamwork and skill-building.

in interviewing and selecting new hires, facilitate smooth onboarding and provide direction for career development planning and opportunities
with senior management to consider and implement high performance standards which directly benefit the firm as a whole
