Have strong technical knowledge of materials, means and methods.
Enforce design intent when reviewing RFIs and submittals and be sensitive to how these decisions impact on design concepts.
Oversee projects in construction and manage site visits, etc.
Use Revit and Bluebeam to keep construction documents updated.
Participate in OAC meetings.
Represent and support the owner and design team during construction phases.
Support and mentor project team members as necessary.
Weekly travel to regional project sites
Qualifications: Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or related field recommended.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction and/or architecture. With at least 3 years’ experience focused on construction phases for large healthcare projects.
Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam and Newforma.
Experience on all phases of design is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills to support a collaborative teamwork environment.

Base Salary Range $130,000/yr - $155,000/yr
