The Position
Connatix is looking for a Solutions Associate to join our Publisher Solutions team. Someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys being challenged by complex technical problems and working with customers on creative solutions.
The solutions associate is a key technical resource for new and existing customers, working closely with account managers, product and engineering teams to help our customers get the most out of the Connatix platforms.
The role is focused on platform onboarding, systems integration, product customization and troubleshooting of video and ad integrations for enterprise customers and prospects.
As the technical subject matter expert, the Solutions Associate assists and trains our publishers on Connatix's technology and platform - as well as devising inventive solutions for custom implementations.
Responsibilities:
Work with publishers, sales, product and engineering teams to implement Connatix's video stack on publisher's websites
Develop bespoke solutions for customer-specific use cases
Train and educate customers on Connatix's product features and industry best practices
Become an expert on Connatix's APIs and product features and how to best use them to match a publisher's use case
Work with customers and other teams to troubleshoot issues, handle technical requests quickly and appropriately and manage expectations
Create demos for the BD team in the pre-sales cycle and provide technical guidance as subject matter expert
Work closely with product development to maintain the feedback loop from customers
Guide publishers through technical platform setup and configuration
Qualifications
We're looking for an empathetic, tech minded individual who thrives when solving problems. Years of experience are less important than work ethic, skill and a strong desire to learn & improve. Experience communicating technical features, concepts and constraints to a non-technical audience
High level of comfort with training and supporting clients on a technology platform
Experience configuring and implementing enterprise software applications is an asset
Personality traits that emphasize curiosity, continuous learning and perseverance. You thrive on problem solving and tinkering, and enjoy daily challenges
Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
A Bachelor's degree in CS (or equivalent demonstrable skills)
1-2 years of work experience preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
The following technologies & skills will be crucial to your success in this role: Web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with SQL
Performance and page analysis using browser debugging & development tools
Bonus skills Experience using APIs
Experience in the digital advertising industry, particularly video and programmatic
Understanding of advertising technologies and platforms such as prebid.js, CMS, CMPs, Ad Servers, DSPs/SSPs, etc
