Advise key internal stakeholders and external clients on compliance, management, scientific, and legal considerations. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise to problems and change initiatives. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working with civilian federal government clients

Experience with leading client meetings, including developing briefings and presentation materials in advance

Experience with coordinating amongst various stakeholder groups, including interagency coordination

Experience with leading project teams

Knowledge of technical writing and presentation tools, including Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge of environmental regulations, including RCRA, CERCLA, NEPA, and CWA

Ability to translate complex technical information to multidisciplinary audiences

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with environmental justice and environmental legal issues

Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of environmental policy issues, and advise clients on findings

Master's degree in Environmental Science or Climate Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
