Associate Renewals Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a team member who can educate and evangelize Envoy to every office in the world. As a member of the Renewals team, you will help define our strategy to maximize retention and drive expansion while providing a great customer renewal experience. This role will be part of the Customer Success team, where our goal is to be the most innovative, efficient, and effective customer team B2B has ever seen. Envoy is a rapidly expanding business, and there are many opportunities for career progression and advancement.

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our Denver office.

You will

Own, drive, and lead the renewal lifecycle for our highest volume, lowest touch customer segment.

Manage a large customer cohort, on a reactive basis, working to save customers from cancellations, reduce contractions, convert annual customers to multi-year renewals, and close the renewal transaction.

Engage key stakeholders in identifying contract requirements and resolving potential roadblocks to ensure an on-time close.

Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement in collaboration with our Finance and Legal teams.

Help develop and optimize our low-touch digital renewals program, from playbooks to processes.

You have

1+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably with SaaS closing experience.

A demonstrated track record of continuous and demonstrable success in SaaS, including over-attainment against quota, for at least 2 years.

Experience engaging with Procurement and Legal teams and navigating the quote-to-close process.

Experience managing pipelines with fast-moving transactional deals as well as longer-term, larger strategic deals.

Experience with SFDC CPQ, Intercom, and Jira is a plus.

An extremely organized individual with the ability to manage several competing priorities with strategic impact and urgency.

Excellent at building internal relationships, working cross-functionally, and becoming a trusted representative of the Customer Success organization across Envoy.

A motivated and resilient professional, maintaining enthusiasm for the renewals team's goal to create more revenue stability and growth for Envoy.

Compensation description

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in Denver, Colorado , our expected cash compensation for this role is $89,000-$100,000 OTE . F inal offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
