* Provide administrative support to sales team members as assigned.

* Coordinate and arranging details for assigned group events. Provide on- site coordination for assigned groups.

* Maintain knowledge of and master the brand sales tools, as well as hotel services/features and hours of operation.

* Prepare month-end Sales reports as requested.

* Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy, whatever time of day.

* Compose, type and edit all correspondence, develop and maintain follow-up task systems

* Prepare month-end Sales reports as requested.

* Anticipate and prepare documents needed for meetings and maintain various reports.

* Maintain special event dates, reports, print daily and weekly reports.

* Maintain up-to-date files to ensure proper coordination of sales commitment as well as customer needs.

* Provide relevant information to all departments as needed, receive and direct calls, respond to inquiries and research issues when appropriate.

* Research, analyze and call prospective customers as assigned.

* Must be able to remain seated for lenghty periods of time, during an 8-10 hour shift.

* Must be able to move a minimum of 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without the aid of another person.

Are willing to travel and must possess a valid drivers license.
