This position involves working onsite in a regional security operations center, focusing on diagnosing and resolving complex issues in production environments. This contract role requires expertise in systems troubleshooting and scripting, while working closely with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and support infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot systems, applications, networking, and server hardware issues.

Analyze logs to identify and resolve root causes.

Support production environments and infrastructure reliability initiatives.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.

Create automation scripts using generic scripting languages.

Qualifications 3 years of experience in Linux administration.

1 year of server hardware troubleshooting experience.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and models.

Experience analyzing system and application logs.

Proficiency with scripting languages.
