Vice President of Mid-Market Operations & Growth Full-time
Description: This role will have both global/horizontal responsibility for the Epsilon Mid-Market business while also directly managing/owning the North America regional revenue for Yieldify via the Customer Success team. This role will report to the SVP, International & Mid-Market Growth Strategy (Kevin McGuire).
Responsibilities :
Mid-Market (Yieldify) Growth: Partner with International & Mid-Market Growth Strategy team to help Define, Evolve, & Scale: pricing, product offering integration, daily operations including regular coordination between sales, product, legal/finance, marketing, and technical teams
Go To Market: Lead customer conversations and gather feedback to evolve the Mid-Market platform value proposition, positioning, and pricing
Scale: Define processes and materials such that the business can scale efficiently to Epsilon, Publicis, channel partners, and organic customer bases
Mid-Market (Yieldify) Selling and Customer Success: Partner with the North America Sales and CS teams in pitching, servicing, renewing, and upselling its book of business with mid-market offers and products
Partner with Corp Marketing and Product Marketing Teams on sales enablement materials to support growing the Mid-Market business
Clients: Coach and lead the team evolution with clients such that Mid-Market products, platform, and value proposition increases
Grow: Help Sales and CS teams exceed their revenue goals, however this role is not a quota-carrying role, but Revenue growth of Mid-Market products and platforms (inc Yieldify) is a critical KPI and success criteria
Requirements/Experiences/Skills:
Deep expertise in Epsilon products (strategy and customer demand) with prioritization of Digital Media and Core ID. Additional expertise with Messaging, Loyalty, Creative, and Data strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive successful business outcomes with AdTech/MarTech products
Proven experience driving growth for clients in the midmarket space ($200M-$1B) in North America
Ability to navigate across internal teams to influence successful product and operational outcomes
Partner approach with leadership abilities to development talent with a growth mindset
Background in product development, product market, business operations (including P&L management)
Growth mindset
Salary Range: $195,000 – $235,000 base salary + bonus
