Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of hands-on experience in implementing ITSM tools, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Utilize extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture to design, develop, and optimize IT service management solutions.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including planning, requirements gathering, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operation Management, Project Portfolio Management, CMDB, Software Asset Management, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Legal Service Delivery to align with organizational objectives.
Lead a team of skilled IT professionals, coordinating efforts to provide technical support and promptly address critical issues, thereby ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and timely resolution of tasks.
Work closely with diverse teams to collect business needs and execute ServiceNow workflows effectively.
Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems using RESTful APIs.
Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, follow a patching cadence, hot fixes, release updates and automate upgrade processes to improve efficiency and eliminate manual errors.
Maintain platform stability, optimize performance, and ensure uninterrupted operation through proactive monitoring and strategic interventions.
Drive process compliance by documenting user guides, process workflows, integration steps, and training guides.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrate over a decade of proficiency in integrating and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, showcasing advanced administration capabilities in ITSM and ITOM principles for seamless operations
Advanced experience in ServiceNow custom flow development and related platform modules
Experience leading medium to large projects by bringing together the right perspectives, identifying roadblocks, and integrating feedback from clients and team members
Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining CMDBs, Asset Management Databases and other asset/configuration management repositories in a complex IT environment
Outstanding ability to perform requirements gathering, process mapping via ITIL, business process reengineering.
Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships
Strong Understanding of Change & Release management
Experience with knowledge management and using AI/ML based search and automation techniques
Advanced and current knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture and Infrastructure Operations.
Demonstrated project execution and skills in SDLC methodologies - Agile, Waterfall
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credentials
ITIL Certification and hands-on
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Minimum Salary: $108,750.00
Maximum Salary:$166,750.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,750.00 and $166,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
