About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Product & Solutions for Enterprise Payments in North America. The successful candidate will be a key leader in managing the company's money movement solutions, including wires, ACH, payment origination, and real-time payments. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and feature releases of the enterprise payment solutions, ensuring the highest levels of service quality, and meeting the company's financial goals. The VP will also be responsible for leading a team of product professionals, setting the product roadmap, and working closely with various internal teams to support the financial institution clients. An ideal candidate for this VP position should be an expert in banking, payments, and fintech, with a strong product management and general management skill set. The role requires a highly analytical mindset, the ability to translate market intelligence into business strategy, and a deep understanding of financials to drive growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include talent management, product ownership, and PnL management for the money movement products in the region. The VP will work in close collaboration with development, professional services, and commercial teams to ensure that the product offerings are in line with market opportunities and to provide strategic support for sales.
