This is a long-term (2+ years) hybrid (2 days on-site) contract opportunity that can be based in either NYC or CT.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance efforts for generative AI-based applications, ensuring exceptional product quality.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for generative AI applications across various cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Design and implement automation frameworks and strategies to streamline the QA process.
Perform rigorous performance and security testing, focusing on system scalability, reliability, and data integrity in multi-cloud environments.
Work closely with development, AI research, and product teams to integrate quality assurance practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Efficiently identify, document, and track software bugs, and collaborate with the development team for timely resolutions.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and cloud technologies to enhance QA methodologies and tools. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on generative AI technologies and multi-cloud environments.
- Strong background in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their QA implications.
- Proven experience with AI and machine learning testing, particularly in generative AI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
