Job description
We are looking for an Operations coordinator to manage daily operations. You’ll be responsible for the management and scale of our new Hub in San Francisco.
The Operations Coordinator at Saltalk plays a management role in ensuring we provide the highest quality of service. In this role, you will be responsible for operation planning and team management. You are the person that is always up for a challenge no matter how big.
The ideal candidate will have talent in communication and experience in logistics. We expect you to be a reliable professional that is able to follow direction in order to ensure we meet our team goals.
Our team's goal is to consistently provide high quality service to our end customer.
Core Responsibilities
Route planning support
Driver support
Partner support trouble shooting printers as well as installing printers for our local partners
Sorting streamlined process support
Inventory and daily audits
Assist with recruitment and training of Sorting and driver workforce
Onsite support for corporate clients
Vehicle management
Daily operation support and management includes food safety, kitchen cleaning, equipment maintenance, materials order tracking, etc.
Ability to identify key improvements to streamline process
Uphold Quality standards and OTD
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
2-3 years of delivery platform experience
Professional, organized, team-oriented work habits
Responsive to inquiries with a pleasant, friendly demeanor
Excellent customer-facing skills, working with internal and external project teams
Competency with Google Work Suite, project management applications
Professional, good work ethic, on time, and upbeat personality
Able to adapt, improve, retain knowledge, and follow instructions
Organized, meticulous, and consistent, review your work before delivery
Continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English
Spanish is a plus
Clean DMV record
Drivers License / Valid insurance
4 door vehicle
Must live within San Francisco, South San Francisco or Daly City area.
Preferred:
Two years of experience in Food Delivery or Commercial Kitchen Technology companies/Startups.
Two years of customer service experience in a High volume Restaurant / Retail experience
