CFO Technology
Accordion's CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.
Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally - alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion - to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team's business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.
This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with clients to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget & resource plan for Anaplan implementations
Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific Anaplan functionality
Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Anaplan solutions
Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements
Identify risks & manage mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients
Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports
Provide Anaplan consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements
Effectively configures and customizes client Anaplan environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the 'go-to' resource on all project related inquiries
Supervise, mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology
Ideally, You Have:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems
Minimum 2 to 4 years+ of Anaplan consulting experience including multiple full life cycle Anaplan implementations
Experience as an Anaplan Model Builder
Demonstrate understanding and expertise of OneStream horizontal and vertical extensibility, configuration and workflow related to Close and Consolidation, Planning and Forecasting, Account Reconciliation or Specialty Planning marketplace solutions
Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business
Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement on CPM solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Excellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities

Salary: $145,000 to $190,000 + benefits + bonus
Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
