Position Overview: As an Online Sales Representative at The Soccer Factory, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, providing product information, guiding customers through the customization process, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to online sales inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Educate customers on our product range, including fabric options, design choices, and customization features.
Collaborate with the design team to create custom mock-ups for customers.
Assist customers in placing orders, including size and quantity selection, and processing payments.
Provide accurate delivery timelines and tracking information.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in online sales or customer service roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with sporting uniforms, fabrics, and customization options.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
