Overview:
Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support the Armys Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP).
Responsibilities:
Oversee projects from original concept through final implementation.
Responsible for developing work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for deliverable tracking and analysis.
Manages the integration of all contract tasks and tracks and reviews deliverables.
Manage substantial contract support operations involving personnel at diverse locations.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
Interfaces directly with Government managers.
Under stringent timeframes, assembles and recruits' personnel necessary to perform assigned tasks.
Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct contract support activities.
Assigns, schedules, and reviews work of subordinates.
Ensures conformance to task specifications and contract provisions.
Interprets policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor' s degree
Ten (10) years of progressive technical or managerial experience in information resources management.
Six (6) years supervising and managing of substantive A/V and IT/Telecommunications projects.
Two (2) years managing large and complex projects involving many people in subordinate groups and diverse locations.
Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management.
Demonstrated experience with preparing executive level briefs, summaries, presentations, situation reports, management reports and other high-level communications.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
