Overview
The System Administrator position’s primary responsibility is to manage processes, procedures, and the application of software programs to achieve department needs. The tasks and duties will expose the individual to project specifications/manuals, communication with other employees outside the individual’s home department, management of support duties, software evaluation, and mentorship of less experienced personnel.
Responsibilities
General Document Knowledge: Review project documents, identify systems, and familiarize with design and construction processes/procedures.
System Application: Work closely with department leadership, users, and outside professionals to ensure software products meet business requirements. Identify shortcomings, recommend solutions, and communicate system needs.
System Maintenance: Communicate software problems and user utilization issues with department leadership. Resolve system conflicts regularly.
Data Entry: Input project information and pertinent data into the system. Ensure timely data entry and conduct quality control checks of own work and others' output.
Document Control: Obtain project-specific checklists, procedures, drawings, and specifications for data entry. Meet quality requirements of document completion and generate flowcharts/how-to’s for specific processes.
Mentoring of Other Employees: Facilitate training and provide mentoring for system users, both within and outside the department. Focus on system access, functionality, processes, procedures, and best practices.
This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the EVP Operational Services.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Five (5+) years of industry experience
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to effectively manage time to meet project deadlines
Passion for quality and client satisfaction

Able to walk, stand, climb, and kneel on job sites.

Pay Range
USD $57,500.00 - USD $76,800.00 /Hr.
