iTrust Human Capital Management is looking for a commission-based B2B Sales Recruiter to join our remote sales team. The B2B Sales Recruiter prospects sales and qualifies leads for new and existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity, who will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role, and create ways to attain new accounts. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for acquiring new clients for our recruitment services while also having the opportunity to place candidates. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule with competitive commission rates.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the B2B sector to introduce our recruitment services.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and challenges.

Present our recruitment solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to potential clients.

Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from client onboarding to candidate placement.

Utilize a CRM system to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads (Salesforce or Dynamics 365 Sales experience preferred).

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored recruitment strategies and solutions for clients.

Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to understand client hiring needs and requirements.

Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to utilize them for client management and pipeline tracking.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to achieve high close rates and meet or exceed sales targets.
