In addition to regional operations and leadership, the ED is the face of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to the local community and multiple stakeholders. As ED, you will lead, through direct reports, all fundraising activities, community outreach efforts, and support the Local Advisory Board. nThe ED must have highly effective communication and listening skills, set clear and realistic expectations for staff, and possess the ability to inspire and activate individuals across all levels. Ensures the site has the proper infrastructure to support a high-performing, results-oriented, mission-aligned team.nOversees all operational areas including human resources, information technology, facilities management, purchasing, budgeting, and finance/accounting, direct supervision of the site leadership team, and collaboration with national staff members in support of these areas.nCollaborates with the Local Advisory Board to develop a strategic plan for the site, maintain community relations and support donor.nInstills and develops site culture in alignment with organizational culture.nEmbraces and exemplifies **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
