Job Description

ServiceNow Platform Admin/Engineer Location: Plano, TX / Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration or engineering experience.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and MID Servers.

Proven experience in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and instance management.

Familiarity with Now Assist, GenAI Skill Kit, and Virtual Agent customization.

Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and automation within the ServiceNow environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
