The Professional Services team partners with our clients to provide a white glove approach when providing a variety of services. Our goal is to help our clients build, scale, and deliver training and behavior change that leads to higher engagement, product proficiency, and customer retention.

The Role:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to absorb information quickly. They will have a client first attitude and be excited to learn about our technology and the industry on an ongoing basis. Additionally, having excellent communication skills is a must. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Do:
Own, develop, and manage a professional services book of business consisting of projects of varying sizes and types at one time
Own the relationship with the client for the duration of assigned projects
Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables according to project Statement of Work
Create and conduct regular project status updates with your clients and internal stakeholders
Align resources across the Thought Industries organization as needed to support client needs and ensure successful project completion
Create shared and actionable project plans that include defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Perform risk analysis to identify issues during the project lifecycle
Assist in preparing statements of work with the ability to plan and prioritize deliverables, create cost estimates, and create a project schedule
Advocate for the client and escalate accordingly
Own the success of the project
Track the project budget and profitability
Close project based on deliverables and provide appropriate documentation to Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition for the client
Assist in the creation of internal and customer-facing processes, programs and materials to improve the quality and efficiency of the Professional Services department
Qualifications
3+ years in Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Customer Success or similar role in SaaS / Software business
Must have customer facing experience working direclty with enterprise clients with complex use cases
Knowledge of agile project management methodology
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
Track record implementing software products or solutions to enterprise companies
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our clients reach their goals
Experience working with and driving process improvement within cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance)
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience with eLearning a plus
PMP/CSM a plus
Skills
Experience with project management solutions, such as, Asana and/or Monday.com preferred
Strong G-suite skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be an active listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Proven ability to manage, organize, lead, and negotiate within internal and external teams.
