Job Description Primary Function of Position
Brand and Creative plays a pivotal role in bringing the Intuitive brand to life across marketing channels. We’re a multi-disciplinary team of experts in Strategy, Brand, Creative, Media Production, Web, and Creative Operations.The Creative Operations function within Brand and Creative focuses on project delivery and team operations, centered on processes, tools and talent. We are an evolving function within a dynamic organization, and this role’s work will have a direct link to the group’s transformation toward its goals.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to drive delivery of cross-functional projects across various types of marketing deliverables. The Project/Program Management team serves as a key driver of creative, social, content, media, and web projects and programs. The Program Manager will develop cross-functional visibility at a portfolio level, driving some deliverables from end to end while pulling together other functional SMEs to create a holistic, programmatic understanding and expertise of the work in flight.As a member of the Operations team, we’re also looking for creative problem solvers, excited by the prospect of shaping and rolling out process. This team is standing up foundational capabilities that impact all of Brand & Creative and beyond; as Program Manager you’ll get scale process initiatives and workflows, and optimize tools and talent.
Essential Job Duties • Lead project execution by developing plans, driving work forward in a collaborative team environment, and bringing clarity of R&Rs and briefs to project teams• Connect work across functions and deliverables, creating portfolio level reporting and visibility for stakeholders, working teams, and Brand & Creative leadership• Partner closely with Account Managers/Creative Producers and Brand & Creative leadership in planning and org-wide quarterly project prioritization• Partner with Account Managers/Creative Producers and other functional leads in scoping• Resource project teams in partnership with people managers, surface and help troubleshoot utilization constraints• Maintain precise project documentation and data integrity for reporting, and look for ways to amplify our value to the business using data• Create digestible project and portfolio level reporting at appropriate elevations to bring clarity to working teams, stakeholders, and leadership• Cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment and set a solutions-oriented tone for project teams• Show seniority and maturity in thinking, able to take high level direction and problem statements and develop or workshop them into actionable plans• Maintain close communication and partnership across the team and with leadership• Be curious and knowledgeable about the stakeholder’s portfolio of work, able to lead or advise on everything from scoping to running project retros• Design and participate in Process, Tools and Org Health initiatives and be deeply curious about ways to work smarter• Be knowledgeable about stakeholders’ business, key issues, competitive situation, industry trends, and the projects assigned to the B&C team as well as other communication partners
