Skills Desired:

Strong hands-on proficiency in React Native framework and its ecosystem

Experience in JavaScript programming skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript features and libraries.

Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Experience providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers within the team.

Implementing & documenting architectural designs, code guidelines, and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience designing and implementing the architecture of React Native mobile applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers) to understand project requirements, specifications.

Experience identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, optimizing the application for performance and user experience.
