Application ArchitectThe Application Architect role supports functions which require automation/systems development, including initial development and ongoing support of the suite of applications that would help manage pricing, trading, hedging, pooling and shipping or other functions depending on the department.React Native DevelopmentAs a React Native Development, you will:Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web and mobile applications using React and Microsoft ecosystemWork as a part of a small team that includes other react native and C# developers, designers, QA experts, and managersPerform code review of onshore and offshore developersEnsure the correct Architecture is appliedBuild app and UI components from prototypes and wireframesWork with native modules as and when requiredUse Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms – Android and iOSWrite automated Unit tests to ensure error-free code and performanceImprove front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecksCreate front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiencyImplement clean, smooth animations to provide an excellent user interfaceWork with third-party dependencies and APIsWork with Redux architecture to improve the performance of the websites/mobile appsCoordinate with the cross-functional teams including DevOps to build and Deploy apps within stipulated time/budgetPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesResponsibilities:The Architect, Application Developer will be responsible for the technical design, initial development and major revision of multi-tier business systems, utilizing AWS, Python, and Snowflake. As the Architect, Application Developer, you will partner with Business Analysts to review optimization of requirements and work with Developers to review and validate key functionalities and integrations.The Architect, Application Developer will:Collaborate with Information Technology Team on the development/architecture of applications in AWS and make proposals to enhance existing systems and applicationsImplement low-cost migration techniques and develop programs that are reusable, effective, and scalablePerform software analysis, testing, debugging, and updating to ensure that programs are compatible with all web browsersCreate a serverless applications using multiple AWS services such as API, RDS Instance, Kinesis, and LambdaExamine and evaluate programs to identify technical faults and make remedy proposals and/or recommendationsPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesTechnical Skills:Significant experience working with React web and mobile along with tools like Flux, Flow, Redux,.NET C# etc.
