**Job Description**

**What you will do**

Supervises and develops multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business and infrastructure services. Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

+ At least 7 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment

+ At least 7 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

**Preferred Skills/Experience**

+ Extensive knowledge on installing, supporting, configuring **IBMRedHat OpenShift Linux OS systems, Core OS, containers, Kubernetes and underline hardware**

+ Prefer 10+ years of experience with **Linux systems performance tuning, troubleshooting and backup/recovery**

+ Deep understanding of **Linux networking: Iptables, Firewall, TCP/IP, UDP etc.**

+ Strong knowledge of **virtualization systems, VMware, ESXI, vSphere client, vMotion, KVM**

+ Extensive knowledge configuring and troubleshooting O **S Multipathing /HBA to SAN connected storage**

+ Strong experience on HA and clustering solution, such as Oracle RAC clusters, Veritas clusters, Redhat HA clusters and HADR clusters

+ Experience on automating tasks with **Shell script, Python** etc.

+ Extensive experience on configuration management with **Ansible, Salt stack, puppet, Chef, Jenkins**

+ Extensive experience using **source control tools, such as GitLab, GitHub, & Bitbucket**

+ Extensive experience using CI/CD tools and methods such as **Jenkins** to deploy and manage infrastructure

+ Strong customer service and communications skills, both oral and written with the ability to build relationships at all levels

+ Proven project management skills in setting priorities to meet project deadlines

+ Strong analysis and critical thinking skills with ability to problem solve

+ **AWS or Azure Cloud infrastructure experience** preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
