Omission reports
Preparing for and assisting doctor on rounds every week and updating doctor book
Initial admission care plan and updates as needed
Assisting with monthly care plans if needed
Sending out physician orders
Entering new nurses into lab and mobiles
Requirements include experience in assisted living, current LPN licensure, strong people and problem-solving skills, and a flexible schedule. Additionally, all full-time employees will receive a range of benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
