Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in programming Allen Bradley PLCs (experience with Siemens is a plus).

Demonstrate expertise in Rockwell MicroLogix and CompactLogix controllers, along with proficiency in RS Logix 500, Logix 5000, and Studio 5000 software.

Familiarity with one of the following software packages: LabVIEW, Wonderware, or Step 7, and a good understanding of communication

Develop programs for various environments, with a focus on Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs.

Generate and execute verification and validation processes for equipment.

Provide support during equipment start-up and commissioning.

Diagnose and troubleshoot production and customer-related issues.

Contribute to the design of electrical control panels.

Experience with VFDs, motors, starters, relays, transducers,

Knowledge of AutoCAD electrical is advantageous.

Familiarity with machine safety standards, electrical codes (NEC), and hydraulics is beneficial.

Physical Requirements :

Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.

Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.

Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.

Achieve the requirements & responsibilities by:

Able to manage multiple projects.
