Responsibilities:

Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to understand system requirements and design comprehensive test plans for our manufacturing and fulfillment systems which power our manufacturing and warehouse processes.

Perform thorough testing on software components developed primarily in C#, Vue, and TypeScript.

Execute manual tests and help us grow a strong automated test suite to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing systems.

Identify and report defects with clear steps for reproduction and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Documentation: Document test cases, test results, and defects to provide comprehensive and organized information for the development team.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure a high-quality deliverable.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 3 years of related work experience

OR Associates Degree and minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Some experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Experience with basic SQL Queries and Joins.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have: Prior experience in manufacturing and warehousing systems

Prior experience with PostMan

Prior experience with Soap UI,

Prior experience with Groovy/Java and CSS selectors to aid in automation

Prior experience with Google Sheets
