The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $81,900.00 – $116,550.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $67,470.00 - $96,015.00, Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial data modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Apply SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI technology to extract and analyze large datasets for reporting purposes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Demonstrate innovative adaptability and flexibility in addressing multifaceted business challenges.
Prioritize and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent communication skills who can convey complex financial information to non-financial partners.
Innovative demeanor who is able to identify and improvements in execution.
Highly adaptable and flexible environment.
Exceptional time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
