LifeLens Technologies, Inc. is a medical device developer located in Ivyland, PA. We are pioneering innovative next-generation treatment devices for personal health monitoring.
We are seeking experienced Electronics Technicians to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position.

Skills
Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience with digital and analog electronics devices
Proficiency using a PC and MicroSoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Proficiency installing and using mobile phone applications.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality management systems, such as ISO 13485, 9001 and IPC standards.
Experience working in an ESD environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and urgency within a production environment.
Responsibilities
Configure devices and install firmware using manual and automated programming systems or updates via Over the Air (OTA) process.
Execute manual and automated electronic and functional test and inspection test plans on finished electronic devices.
Install custom device configurations and testing as required to support field trials and events.
Log defects, yield, and manufacturing batch record information into Manufacturing Execution Software (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP), and JIRA trouble ticketing.
Troubleshoot defects by visual inspection and basic electronic testing equipment.
Communicate with Electronic Assembly Team, Manufacturing Test Engineer and Firmware/Software team, as appropriate the on issues found during programming/test/inspection and work with these groups to resolve with a goal of continuously improving the quality, reliability and performance of LifeLens devices.
Other Qualifications
Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering or relevant technical field of study or Military experience preferred
Experience using test application software (phone and PC apps) and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with nRF connect, Being able to run MatLab and Python scripts a plus.
Experience with basic Electronic Test Measurement Equipment
Previous employment in a manufacturing environment and ESD experience strongly preferred.
Expected Hours of Work
Scheduled hours as assigned Monday through Friday for first shift. Some Saturdays and overtime may be required.
