Senior Manager -Client Support

**What does a successful Senior Manager- Client Support do at Fiserv?**

You will provide vision and oversight to our Client Implementation and Relationship Management team, ongoing account management to new and existing clients. You’ll build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving complaints.

**What you will do:**

+ Drive client satisfaction by maintaining overall operational relationship for clients as the key point of contact for researching and resolving issues.

+ Drive greater visibility across the business of a customer’s priorities and objectives, drive projects and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.

+ Establish department functional strategic plans and objectives.

+ Develop method, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.

**What you need to have** :

+ 4 years college degree or equivalent work/education/military experience.

+ 5 years Relationship Management experience.

+ 4 years Project Management/Process Improvement experience.

+ 10 years of Leadership experience (people management experience preferred).

+ 4 years' experience in process improvement / change management.

+ 4 years of Point of Sale (POS) experience.

**What would be great to have:**

+ Payment industry experience.

+ Experience with Point-of-Sale Hardware Solutions.

+ Six Sigma experience.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
