POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for handling customer payments and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update customer files, including billing information.
Collaborate with the collections team to manage past due accounts.
Generate reports on customer account statuses as required.
Assist in monthly reconciliation of general ledger and customer accounts.
Investigate and resolve unauthorized deductions promptly.
Identify and address issues within the accounts receivable process.
Monitor and process credits on customer accounts.
Support other related tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
